true friends

So I've been thinking about friends lately and what makes a good one. I came to the conclusion that a friend is someone that would never post anything (i.e. a picture of long ago) that might be embarrassing to one individual. I also thought that a true friend would never call another names such as "slacker", or "lazy" or imply she's been that way her whole life. A true friend would be willing to go the extra mile and post regardless of the business of life that has her so wrapped up she doesn't have a moment to type. A good friend would never compare her to a less fortunate individual (regardless of family relations). A true friend would give her the benefit of the doubt and let her have her mid-life crisis in peace without all the heckling...........do I have any true friends????

I'm older than you and I have NOT hit mid-life yet (at least I hope not...I just had a baby and that made me feel old enough). You aren't allowed to have a crisis.... Sorry!

I hope we can still be friends! Although... I haven't seen you in years, so a picture would really be nice... :P

I dsagree completely. A true friend will do all of that and laugh in the process.

Hint: I've know Kami longer than you because we're related, but I'm not a Baker. I don't live in MI (anymore). And I have LOTS of incriminating pictures of Kami. ;-P Kami knows who I am (although it's been so long she may have to think about it)... ask her. :-)

I am with Jeeps, all the way! Your true friends are the ones laughing the loudest.

By the way Mcfarlane family, one cannot demand a new post when one doesn't have a blog.

Ahhhh.... but I DO have a blog! Perhaps you just don't know where to find it. Actually my Mom posted the address on a comment on Kari's old blog (on the post where Kari's still going to Hawaii... see if you can find it). Mine is not NEARLY as interesting as YOURS though!
